6TRAIT INFO

We do not use the 6 Trait Power Write program in our class.

  • Instead of using that program, look at the directions for the portfolio you are working on here on the message boards under Portfolio Breakdowns. For example, if you are working on the Unit 2 Compare and Contrast essay, click on the thread called "Unit 2 Compare and Contrast" to see the directions for that assignment.

  • Complete the assignment on a Word document, save it, and submit your document to the dropbox.

FIVE PARAGRAPH ESSAY T-CHART

You will not be writing all your papers in 5 paragraphs, but this chart is to give you a tool to learn how an essay should be organized and how to structure everything. Click the link below for a downloadable 5 paragraph essay T-Chart to use.

PORTFOLIO EXTENSION REQUEST

If you need help from your teacher, DO NOT submit this form until you have booked an appointment with them: make an appointment with them using this link.

Please click the link below and download the Portfolio Extension Request. Fill out the request and upload it to the dropbox where your portfolio would go. Click here for the Portfolio Extension Request.

Keep in mind, you can only submit 1 extension request at a time. This is to make sure you are still working on your portfolios and trying to get them in, in a timely manner.
