MLA FORMATTING AND WORK CITED RESOURCES

All portfolios should be typed, use MLA Format, have a CheckMyWork link, follow the word count minimum from the portfolio breakdown, and be submitted to the correct dropbox. If your paper is not in MLA format, you will not receive higher than a C on your Portfolio until you resubmit. See the MLA Format Mini-Lesson, MLA Style & MLA Format attachments for more help with MLA Formatting. (Not sure how to use a dropbox? See a step by step guide in the attachments.)

CHECKMYWORK

A CheckMyWork link is required on both the Rough Draft and the Final Draft of your portfolio starting in Unit 2. Click here to see a tutorial about the CheckMyWork program

You can find the CheckMyWork program under "Links" from your student homepage. Run your paper through this program, and it will generate a link to an authenticity report. Please copy and paste this link into the bottom of your Rough and Final drafts in the work cited page and submit that draft to the dropbox.

If there is no CheckMyWork link you will receive only partial credit and be asked to resubmit.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
